Browsing the catalog — common questions

  • Why don't I see prices on the catalog?

    Gold and diamond rates fluctuate daily, and most pieces are made-to-order with weight variations. We share an exact, in-writing quote on enquiry — by WhatsApp, phone, or in the showroom. The quote is valid for the day it's issued.

  • Are the pieces shown in stock or made-to-order?

    Both. Hallmarked daily-wear pieces are typically in stock at the showroom. Bridal and heritage pieces are made-to-order — the catalog photo is illustrative; the final piece is crafted to your weight, stone, and finish preferences.

  • Can I customise a piece I see in the catalog?

    Yes. Almost every piece can be adjusted — different gold karat (22K vs 18K), stone substitution, weight band, or design tweak. Send the piece slug or photo via WhatsApp and we'll discuss the changes.

  • Do you ship outside Rajkot?

    We hand-deliver across Gujarat through our private concierge, and ship insured packages elsewhere in India. International delivery for NRI buyers is arranged on request.
