Do you take custom orders?
Yes. We design and craft commissioned pieces — bridal sets, family heirlooms, men's chains, anything in our metals. Send us an enquiry with reference photos or a sketch, and we'll respond with a feasibility note and rough timeline.
How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom orders take 4–8 weeks from design approval to delivery. Bridal sets with intricate jadau or meenakari work can take longer — we confirm a firm timeline once the design is locked.
Do you ship outside Rajkot?
We hand-deliver across Gujarat through our private concierge service, and ship insured packages elsewhere in India. International delivery to NRI buyers is arranged on request — please mention your destination in the enquiry.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI, all major credit and debit cards, and direct bank transfer. For commissioned pieces an advance is required to begin work; the balance is settled on delivery.
Are all your pieces certified?
Every gold piece carries a BIS Hallmark from the Bureau of Indian Standards. Diamonds are independently graded by IGI or GIA. Certificates are handed over with the piece — there is no extra charge.
